The Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (MIArb) will be holding the long-awaited, new installment of The Jonathan Yoon Debate Series on 29 February 2024 at the Asian International Arbitration Centre. The Debate will feature four Past Presidents of the MIArb, including our Senior Partner, Mr. Sudharsanan Thillainathan. The Motion is “This House Believes That Malaysia Must Incorporate A Third-Party Funding Regime Into Its Arbitration Framework”.

Our Partner, Ms. Dawn Wong, will also be delivering Closing Remarks as the Deputy President of the MIArb.
