Janice advises and represents clients from a variety of sectors in the area of employment & labour law disputes.

She also advises clients in drafting and implementing human resource and disciplinary-related policies. This includes defining parameters of work-place practices, disciplinary procedures, interpersonal work ethics including harassment, discrimination and work-place bullying, restructuring, dismissal and health and safety issues.

She is a speaker and trainer for employment related matters and is actively involved in the Bar Council Industrial and Employment Law Committee and Malaysian Bar Continuing Professional Development Camps.
