Adrienne practices civil and general litigation, with a focus on employment law.

Adrienne has represented clients as junior counsel in various disputes such as employment law matters, judicial review against public decisions, contempt of court proceedings and defamation claims.

Outside of court, Adrienne provides legal advice to individuals and corporations involving employment law disputes which include drafting and reviewing employment contracts and workplace policies and procedures.

Adrienne has also conducted webinars to private and government-linked corporations on employment law and industrial relations matters.

A person seeking to give back to society, Adrienne was involved in organizing a fundraising campaign with a local non-governmental organisation to promote gender equality and combat gender-based violence.

Recently, Adrienne contributed a chapter on "Domestic Inquiry in Malaysia" to "Law and Practice of Employment Law in Malaysia" (Sweet & Maxwell, 2021). 

Adrienne obtained her LL.B (Hons) from University of Manchester with First Class Honours and is a Member of the Honourable Society of Middle Temple. She has been an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya since October 2020.
