Dato’ Sree spearheads the Firm’s Corporate Law team, focusing on high-end corporate transactions and advisory services.

With 35 years of experience, Dato’ Sree handles a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial advisory work with special emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, privatisation and corporatisation exercises, infrastructure projects, telecommunications and digital projects, securities and corporate governance regulation. 

Dato’ Sree has also delivered numerous papers on Board Responsibility and Corporate Governance, drafting of Commercial Agreements and Securities Regulation the most recent of which was entitled “The Regulation of Commerce by the Securities Commission and the KLSE: Are We Over Regulated?” delivered at the 12^th Biennial Malaysian Law Conference on 10 December 2003. 

Dato’ Sree has also been published in several notable publications such as the International Financial Law Review (April 2011), Getting the Deal Through, Mergers & Acquisitions (2009).
