Henna assists the Firm’s partners on matters in the areas of general litigation (including appellate matters and judicial reviews), securities litigation, corporate and commercial law, defamation, and construction disputes (including adjudication and arbitration).

In addition, Henna also assists with advisory work and provides opinions to clients in pre-action stages and for day-to-day operations. Recently, Henna has contributed a chapter on “Litigation in the Construction Court” in “Law and Practice of Construction Law in Malaysia” (Sweet & Maxwell, 2021). 

When she’s not at work, Henna enjoys popular culture and sustainable living.

Henna read law at the University of Manchester, and was called to the Bar of England and Wales as a member of the Honourable Society of Middle Temple in 2019. She has been an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya since January 2021.
