Jen has represented clients as junior counsel at all tiers of the Malaysian courts for various disputes including matters involving major infrastructure projects, multi-million ringgit contracts and judicial reviews against public decisions. In her varied practice, Jen serves a clientele that spans across various sectors such as banking and finance, energy and utilities, real estate, registered associations and government agencies.
Apart from litigation matters, Jen also provides advisory and opinions to assist clients in pre-action matters and day-to-day operations.
Jen was a key member in the Firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility Committee which organized a successful fund-raising campaign for the benefit of a local women’s rights non-governmental organisation.
Jen also played a central role in the Organising Committee for the LAWASIA Constitutional Law Conference 2019 where various industry leaders attended as speakers, including the 7th Prime Minister of Malaysia and the Chief Justice of Malaysia.
Jen obtained her LL.B (Hons) from Cardiff University with First Class Honours and is a member of the Honourable Society of Middle Temple. She has been an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya since March 2020.
