On 28th and 29th February 2024, the Inaugural Colloquium of Legal Reform & Management of the Industrial Court of Malaysia was held. The Colloquium was organised by the Industrial Court of Malaysia and the Legal Affairs Division of the Prime Minister's Department.

With the objective of providing an opportunity for various stakeholders to discuss matters relating to industrial relations and the Industrial Court, the Colloquium was attended by various parties from, amongst others, the Industrial Court, governmental departments, and representatives from legal associations.

Our Partner, Ms. Janice Anne Leo, had the opportunity to attend the Colloquium in her capacity as Co-Deputy Chairperson of the Bar Council's Industrial and Employment Law Committee.
