On 29th February 2024, our Partner, Ms. Janice Anne Leo spoke on "Disciplinary Process: Foolproofing Your Unfair Dismissal Case" at a seminar organised by the Bar Council's Industrial and Employment Law Committee. Ms. Janice spoke alongside Ms. Pravin Kaur Jessy from Messrs Jessy & Associates.
This seminar covered the internal processes and procedures that a company should adopt before taking disciplinary action (including dismissal) against an employee, highlighting the latest industrial relations jurisprudence.
